Barney Cake Decoration

Of course all of you are familiar with rollicking lyrics of the song. The Flintstones, one of the most popular cartoons of Hanna Barbara has etched it presence in the hearts of the young and old alike.

We all love the two friends Fred Flinstone and Barney Rubbles gamboling as they go about their daily antics.

Now it’s your chance to celebrate your little ones birthday just a little differently. How about inviting the entire Flintstones gang to your house for a Flintstones and Barney theme party?!

And the cake must be baked keeping in mind the theme of the party. So how about some special Barney cake decoration ideas. I would certainly like to have some

Barney cake decoration should not be all that difficult to execute. Let’s go through the list of characters….Well there’s Fred, Wilma, Barney, Betty and of course Dino. In fact Dino does look a bit like Barney the friendly dinosaur from another series.

That’s why I insisted on calling the idea “Barney cake decoration”. Barney cake decoration must compliment the party theme.

There should soft inflatable toys shaped like al the usual toons, and should the Barney cake decoration be shaped like? Do you want it to be in the shape of a character or a situation?

Last year I had baked a “Barney cake decoration” not looking like Barney but rather resembling the modern Stone Age town they lived in.

The Barney cake decoration theme had a huge hard chocolate volcano in the center (filled with gooey soft marshmallows inside), and the entire city of bed around.

My nephew and his friends loved this particular Barney cake decoration inspiration.

Barney cake decoration can also revolve around Barney and his Dino Friends. The body of Barney is in purple which can easily be made by adding some edible color to the cake base. Apart from that another Barney cake decoration idea can have Dino and Barney playing together. Now that would a pretty enjoyable sight.
